摘    要:为进一步了解鸡眼的发育特点及其与屈光变化的关系,用306只雏鸡进行了不同时期的眼屈光、球径、球积测定及组织形态学观察。结果发现,屈光度随鸡龄增长逐渐降低,1日龄鸡眼屈光为+3.85D,至42~56日龄时完成眼球发育,成熟期的眼屈光为正视,轴长为14mm,球积为4cm3。由不同鸡龄期得出一组屈光常数(正常值),可作为有关实验研究中的定量观察与比较指标。

Abstract:Three hundred and six newly hatched chicks were applied to explore the character istics of ocular growth and its relation to refractive development. The refractive state, axial length, equatorial diameter, ocular volume were measured during different periods and the ocular histomorphology was noted. The results showed that the diopter decresed with the age. On days 1 through 56 the refractive state varied from hyperopia( 3.85D) to emmetropia which is the refractive state of maturity with 14mm axial length and 4cm 3 ocular volume. The study indicates that it is possible to use chick as animal model of experimental myopia.
