| 摘 要： | 目的了解空巢老人生活状态及心理社会情况。方法采用自编调查表对湖南省某县9个区206名空巢老人的生活状态及心理社会情况进行调查。结果空巢老人中,男性的负性情绪高于女性(P0.05),年龄大者心理需求更明显(P0.05),文化程度高者生活状态较好、自我认知能力较强、社会交往更广泛(P0.05)。结论空巢老人的生活质量和心理状况均呈下降趋势,家属和社会应重视空巢老人的生活状态,提供情感支持及帮助,以提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the living conditions and psychological and social situation of empty nest elders.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 206 empty nest elders in a county in Hunan Province.Results Among the empty nest elders,negative emotion of male was higher than female （P 〈0.05）;the psychological needs were more significant in the older （P〈0.05）;living conditions were better in well-educated population who have stronger self cognitive ability and widely social intercourse （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Empty nester’s quality of life and psychological status were decreased,so families and society should pay more attention to the life status of empty nesters and provide emotional support and help to improve their quality of life. |
