改良Autar量表在脑卒中患者深静脉血栓预防中的应用

目的探讨改良Autar量表对脑卒中患者深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的预防效果。方法便利选取2012年1月至2013年10月入住北京大学深圳医院脑外科的432例脑卒中患者,采用抽签法随机分为观察组211例和对照组221例。对照组按照脑卒中疾病护理常规进行护理;观察组在此基础上,根据改良Autar量表的风险评估等级采取相应的DVT预防措施,比较两组患者的DVT发生率及住院天数。结果观察组患者下肢DVT发生率(4.74%)低于对照组(11.76%)、住院天数[(34.289±5.620)d]少于对照组[(42.036±8.289)d],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论应用改良Autar量表能预警脑卒中患者DVT的发生风险,从而对中高风险患者采取预见性护理,降低DVT的发生率。

Effects of Reforming Autar DVT Risk Assessment Scale on Deep Venous Thrombosis Prophylaxis in Stroke Patients

To explore the effect of reforming Autar DVT risk assessment scale on deep venous thrombosis prophylaxis in stroke patients.Methods Totally 432 patients were randomly selected and divid-ed into observation group （n=211）and control group （n=221）.The patients in control group were given routine nursing care,while intervention based on the reforming Autar DVT risk assessment scoring was performed to the patients in observation group.The comparison was made in the incidence of DVT and the hospitalization duration.Results The incidence of DVT was 4.74% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 11.76% in the control group.The hospitalization days [（34.289±5.620）d]were shorter than control group[（42.036 ±8.289）d],and there were statistically significant differences in the comparison between the two groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Reforming Autar DVT Risk Assessment Scale can alert the incidence of DVT in stroke patients,thus to take predictive nursing for high risk patients and reduce the incidence of DVT.
