| 摘 要： | 目的探讨温州地区社区护士医院培训的实施方法及效果。方法 2010-2013年,温州医科大学附属第一医院对来自温州市各社区卫生服务中心的40名护理人员进行基础和专科培训,以急诊、内分泌科、心血管内科为培训科室,每个科室实践1个月。结果 40名社区护士在医院各科室培训结束后的考核通过率均为100%;社区护士认为医院培训有利于培养社区护士的临床思维,增加临床经验,提高各项临床护理操作技能,拓宽对临床新技术新进展的见识。结论社区护士在医院培训是一项可行及必要措施,医院对社区护士采取的培训方法有其特殊性及局限性,仍需通过不断的总结、改进使之完善。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the implementation and effects of community nurses training in hospital in Wenzhou district. Methods Totally 40 community nurses were accepted basic and special training in emergency department, endocrinology department, vasculocardiology department, and 1 month in each department.Results The pass rate of training in each department reached 100% and the community nurses made a progress on nursing experience,skills and knowledge.Conclusion Community nurses training in hospital is feasible and essential.Due to the difficulties and limitations of the training method, the training in hospital for community nurses still need to be adjusted. |
