前列腺癌患者子女照护体验的质性研究

目的了解前列腺癌患者子女在照护患者期间的真实感受,为护士对患者子女进行心理支持提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取2009年3月至2012年2月在丽水市中心医院接受手术治疗的前列腺癌患者子女12人,采用质性研究中的深度访谈法收集资料,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果前列腺癌患者子女照护体验主要有5个主题:承受较重的心理负荷,承受繁重的照顾任务,经济负担过重,工作压力过大,被患者的护理问题所困扰。结论在前列腺癌患者的治疗过程中,应积极帮助与指导患者子女,教授其必要的知识技能并为其提供人文关怀和情感支持,为其更好地照护患者提供必要帮助,以提高前列腺癌患者的治疗效果及生活质量。

Qualitative Study on Nursing Experience of the Children of Patients with Prostate Cancer

To understand children’s true feelings in taking care of parent with prostate cancer, to provide evidence for nurses provide psychological support to patients and their children.Methods Clini-cal data of 1 2 patients were collected through indepth interview and the phenomenological analysis method was used to analysis the data.Results The children of patients with prostate cancer care experience were concluded as 5 main themes：heavy psychological burden,bearing the heavy nursing workload,economic burden,under work pressure,bothered by nursing problems.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with prostate cancer,nurses should actively help and guide the caregivers by teach them the necessarily knowledge skills,and provide them with humanity care and emotional support,provide necessary help for the better care of patients,in order to improve patient’s treatment effect and quality of life.
