摘    要:本文采用石蜡切片,免疫组化PAP(酶抗酶复合物),DAB(3,3’-二氨基联苯二胺)显色,观察人头皮枪弹创(即刻)、头皮挫裂创(30min)、腹部皮肤切创(4h)三类创伤各4例创缘区Fn含量及分布的变化。可见三者除具备正常皮肤的Fn含量与分布外,创缘组织中均有大量棕色、絮状Fn渗出聚积,着色由浅到深向创缘处逐渐增加形成梯度,与死后皮肤损伤创缘Fn染色呈阴性,正常皮肤中Fn含量及分布比较,有明显区别,并能反映创缘区Fn含量及分布的规律。应用于法医学创伤领域的研究,不失为行之有效的技术方法。

Abstract:The changes of fibronectin content and distribution were observed on the edge of wound of every four cases of all the three types of wound,that is,human bullet wound on head (present),blunt force injuries on head (30min) and incised wound in abdomen (4h),following peroxidas-anti-peroxidas (PAP) immunohistochemical method, stained by diaminobenidin (DAB),in paraffin section. A large amount of brownish nocculent fibrbnecein gathering at the site of the three kinds of wound edge and distributing in gradient was discovered except fibronectin in normal skin. The color densified gradully from edge to centre in regions along the margin of wound. It was distinguished from postmortem wound in skin without fibronectin on edge of wound and normal skin. The regular pattern of changes of fibronectin content and distribution was discovered.PAP immunohistochemical method was perfect technique used in researches in trauina in forensic medicine.
