| 摘 要： | 住院病历在病案管理中占主要部分,由医生和护士共同完成.它记载着医护人员对住院病人实施医疗护理活动的全过程,它既是医务人员执业思维、行为选择的依据和基础,又是医疗事故或者医疗纠纷定是非、判责任,以至医疗技术鉴定或司法鉴定赖以成立的依据.因此,医务人员必须客观、真实、及时、准确、完整地书写病历.
