| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法：18例（22眼）慢性泪囊炎患者，在全身麻醉下，0。硬管鼻内窥镜指引下，实施泪囊鼻腔造孔术，术中不置管。同时7例合并鼻腔、鼻窦病变（鼻息肉、慢性鼻宴炎2例。鼻中隔偏曲5例），同时进行相应手术治疗。结果：术后随访3至18个月，治愈12例（15眼），好转4例（5眼），无效2例（2眼），有效率为90．9％。无明显并发症。结论：内窥镜下泪囊造孔术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的理想方法，可避免颜面部切口，损伤小、疗效高。同时可处理鼻腔、鼻窦疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the outcome after intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods: Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy was performed in 22 sides of 18 patients who had chronic epiphora.No silicone tubing was used in any of the cases.Among them 7 with deviation of nasal septum or nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis were treated at same time.Results: After a follow-up of 3 to 18 months,15 out of 22 sides of the patients were free of symptoms.Four additional patients(5 sides) became symptom-free after surgery.The total success rate was 90.9%.Conclusion: Intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is a rapid,safe,and elegant method for the treatment of chronic dacryocstitis. |
