发酵培育冬虫夏草毒理研究 Ⅱ.致突变性研究

摘    要:对人工发酵培育冬虫夏草进行了3项致突变试验,结果表明小鼠胸骨骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验实验组与阴性对照组之间未见显著性差异,而实验组与阳性对照组之间均有显著性差异。Ames试验表明各剂量组均未诱发直接和间接致突变作用。实验证明人工发酵培育冬虫夏草对实验哺乳动物体细胞、生殖细胞及细菌均无致突变作用,不引起遗传损伤。

Abstract:Study on mutagenic effects of artificially fermented Cordyceps sinensis(AFCS) was carried out by three mutagenicity tests, namely,bone marrow cell micronucleus assay,spermatocyte aberration analysis in mice and Ames test. There were no significant difference betweenthe frequencies of micronuclei in three dosed groups and that in controls. Similarly,spermatocyte aberration analysis also showed negative result. In Ames test,the sample did not show any direct or indirect-acting mutagenicity to the test strains. The results demonstrate that AFCS does not have mutagenic effects on both somatic and reproductive cells of mice,and also,on salmonella strains.
