| 摘 要： | 通过在体大鼠心肌缺血－再灌注模型，观察了降钙素基因相关肽（ｃａｌｃｉｔｏｎｉｎｇｅｎｅ－ｒｅｌａｔｅｄｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ，ＣＧＲＰ）对再灌注心律失常（ｒｅｐｅｒｆｕｓｉｏｎ－ｉｎｄｕｃｅｄａｒｒｈｙｔｈｍｉａ，ＲＩＡ）室速、室颤的防治作用。结果表明ＣＧＲＰ治疗组与对照组比较，室速、室颤的发生明显减少井延迟发生（Ｐ＜０．０１），持续时间缩短（Ｐ＜０．０５），死亡率降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | We investigated the effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide on the reperfusion-induced arrhythmias including ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in the rat model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.The results demonstrated that calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)obviously decreased and delayed the occurrence of ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation(P<0.01),shortened their duration of reperfusion-induced arrhythmias(P<0.05)and reduced mortality(P<0.05). |
