固骼生在胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用17例分析

目的 探讨固骼生在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用及效果。方法 应用固骼生或固骼生与自体骨相结合植骨治疗胫骨平台骨折。术中翘拨复位后视骨缺损填入固骼生或固骼生与自体骨混合物,并加以内固定,早期功能锻炼。结果 手术共17例,随访6个月～3年,疗效按雍宜民评级标准计算,优12例,良3例,可2例,优良率为88.2％。结论 固骼生是一种理想的替代骨移植修复骨缺损的高生物活性材料。应用固骼生或固骼生与自体骨混合物植骨治疗胫骨平台塌陷,对加快骨折愈合,防止胫骨平台塌陷,预防关节僵直和创伤性关节炎有显著疗效。

An Analysis of Application of NovaBone to the Therapy Tibial Plateau Fractures of 17 Cases

Objective To discuss the clinical application of NovaBone to tibial pkteau fracture and its effect Methods Tibial plateau fractures were treated by NovaBone (or NovaBone plus autologous bone). NovaBone (or the mix of NovaBone and autolo-gous bone) was filled in according to the defect of the bone during the operation, and then internal fixation was given. Functional exercises began at early Stage. Results Of 17 cases who were operated, there were 12, 3 and 2 whose effect were excellent, good and so-so respectively in term of Yong's criteria, during the follow-up lasting from 6 months to 3 years. The excellent and good rate was 88.2%. Conclusion NovaBone, which can substitutes for bone transplant, is an ideal material with high biological activity. It is clearly effective to use it to treat the cave-in of the tibial plateau. It can also accelerate the healing of the fracture, and prevent ankylosis and traumatic arthritis.
