针灸配合功能训练治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析

目的：采用针灸与功能训练联合的方法对患有膝骨性关节炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法：抽取过去来我院就诊的90例患有膝骨性关节炎的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为单项治疗和综合治疗两组,平均每组45例。单项治疗组患者采用针灸治疗法进行治疗;综合治疗组患者采用针灸与功能训练联合的方法进行治疗。结果：综合治疗组的临床治疗效果明显优于单项治疗组患者,且统计学差异非常明显（P〈0.05）;该组患者出现复发的人数明显少于单项治疗组,且统计学差异非常明显（P〈0.05）。结论：采用针灸与功能训练联合的方法对患有膝骨性关节炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果令人满意,可以使患者治疗后的复发现象得到有效控制,具有安全可靠、治疗彻底、并发症少等特点。

An analysis of the clinical efficacy on treating knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture and functional training

Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of treating knee osteoarthritis byAcupuncture and functional training.Methods: 90 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into individual treatment and combined therapy groups,45 each.Single treatment group were treated with acupuncture therapy for treatment;the combined therapy group were treated with acupuncture and function training combined method for treatment.Results: The combined treatment group curative effect is better than individual patients in the treatment group,and the difference is obvious(P<0.05);the combined treatment group of patients experience a recurrence less likely than individual therapy group,and the difference is obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treating knee osteoarthritis by Acupuncture and functional training clinical effect is satisfactory,can make patients after treatment of the recurrence phenomenon to get effective control,safe and reliable,thorough treatment,fewer complications and so on.
