某核电泵阀特种零件制造企业建设项目职业病危害预评价

目的对某核电泵阀特种零件制造企业进行职业病危害预评价。方法按《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》,采用工程分析和类比调查方法,识别建设项目职业病危害因素,并进行定性与定量评价,提出职业卫生防护对策和建议。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有矽尘、其他粉尘、电焊烟尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、噪声、振动等,类比调查结果显示,该项目除铸造多数岗位的粉尘超过国家标准外,其余职业病危害因素均未超过国家标准。结论该建设项目要落实职业病危害防护措施,辅以严格的个人防护和良好的职业卫生管理,预计竣工投产后,职业病危害因素基本能得到有效控制。

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in the construction project of a nuclear power pump valve parts manufacturing enterprise

Objective] To perform pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in a nuclear power pump valve parts manufacturing enterprise.Methods] Based on the "Occupational Hazards Evaluation Norms for Construction Project",engineering analysis and analog survey methodology were adopted to identify the occupational hazards in the construction project,and conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation,finally put forward occupational health protection measures and recommendations.Results] The occupational hazards of this construction project were silica dust,other dust,welding fumes,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,noise,vibration,etc.Analog survey results showed that except for dust in most operation posts,other occupational hazards were in line with national standards.Conclusion] Occupational hazard prevention measures should be implemented in this project,assisted with strict personal protection and occupational health management.It is predicted that the occupational hazards can be effectively controlled after final completion of the project.
