| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜腔内碎石联合体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗肾盂结石的临床效果。方法对1200例肾盂结石患者采用经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石或钬激光碎石,结石不能一次碎尽者,术后联合外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗。结果经尿道输尿管镜腔内碎石结合一次ESWL治疗后结石清除率为53%,二次ESWL治疗后结石清除率79.6%,三次ESWL治疗后结石清除率为89.8%。结论经尿道输尿管镜腔内碎石结合一次或多次ESWL治疗肾盂石安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical results of ureteroscopic lithotripsy combinated with extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in treating the renal pelvic stone.Methods 1200 patients were treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy combinated with one or more extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy.Results Stone free rate was 53% after URL combinated with one ESWL.79.6%combinated with two ESWL.89.8% combinated with three ESWL.Conclusion URL combinated with one or more ESWL is an effeetive and safe method for managing the renal pelvic stone. |
