剖宫产围手术期应用抗菌药物的效果研究

目的研究剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的临床应用效果。方法本组抽取我院于2012年9月至2013年9月收治的剖宫产患者112例,两组患者均采用头孢唑林2.0 g进行预防治疗,其中观察组在断脐后开始使用;对照组在手术前30 min开始使用,术后停止用药,观察两组患者术后感染情况。结果观察组出现发热症状、术后感染、产褥病及宫腔感染的患者明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产患者围手术期采用断脐后立即使用头孢唑林2.0 g进行预防治疗,能够明显减少术后感染的概率,值得推广使用。

The Effect Research of Cesarean Delivery Perioperative Application of Antibacterial Drug

Objective To study the incidence of perioperative antimicrobial clinical application effect. Methods To extract the hospital from September 2012 to September 2012 treated 112 cases of cesarean section patients, two groups of patients with cefazolin 2.0 g preventive treatment, the observation group after the break umbilical began to use; Control group began to use 30 minutes before the surgery, postoperative discontinued, observe two groups of patients with postoperative infections. Results The observation group, postoperative infection, puerperal disease and fever symptoms caused by intrauterine infection of patients significantly lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cesarean section patients perioperative use of cefazolin in broken immediately after umbilical 2.0 g for prevention and treatment, can significantly reduce the rate of postoperative infection, worthy of promotion of use.
