| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨家庭医生制服务在社区糖尿病患者管理中的效果。方法：比较190例家庭医生签约服务组（观察组）和215例常规管理组（对照组）的效果。结果：管理后两组患者血糖控制情况差异有统计学意义，知识知晓率差异有统计学意义。结论：家庭医生制服务是社区慢性病综合防治的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of the management of diabetic patients by the family doctor system service in the community. Methods：The experiment was conducted in the family as a unit, whose members participated and experienced. The results of two groups were compared that the service group （ observation group ） with 190 cases who signed the contracts with the family doctors and 215 cases in the normal management group （ the control group ）. Results：The differences in the treatment compliance and control rates between two groups had statistic signiifcance. The differences of awareness rates had no statistical signiifcance. Conclusion：Family doctor system service is an effective method for prevention and control of chronic diseases in community. |
