| 摘 要： | 目的：了解社区老人健康体检中超声检查的结果。方法：应用常规超声检查方法对7432例60岁以上老年人进行肝、胆、脾、肾超声检查，对检查结果进行分析。结果：7432例老年体检者中，53.00%患有不同种类的疾病，按检出率高低排序，前5位依次为脂肪肝（29.00%），肝囊肿（6.70%）、肾囊肿（5.80%）、胆囊结石（5.50%）、肝血管瘤（3.40%）。检出恶性肿瘤9例（0.01%），其中肝癌6例、肾癌2例、胆囊癌1例，均经病理证实。结论：社区老年人定期进行常规超声检查，对疾病的早发现、早治疗具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To find out the results of ultrasonography in the community elderly health examination. Methods：Routine ultrasonography was used to screen the diseases of liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney in 7 432 elder people over 60 years old and their results were analyzed. Results：In the 7 432 elderly people examined, 53.00%of them were found to have various diseases. According to the detection rate rank, the top ifve diseases were fatty liver （29.00%）, hepatic cysts （6.70%）, renal cysts （5.80%）, gallbladder stones （5.50%）, and hepatic hemangioma （3.40%） in turn. Nine cases of malignant tumors were detected （0.01%）, among whom 6 were liver cancer, 2 kidney cancer and 1 gallbladder cancer that were all conifrmed by surgical pathology. Conclusion：It has an important signiifcance to conduct the regular ultrasonography of the health examination for the elderly people so as to early diagnose and treat diseases. |
