| 摘 要： | 目的分析83例异位妊娠的临床治疗经过,总结异位妊娠的治疗方法及结果。方法对住院治疗的83例异位妊娠的临床表现、治疗方法及结果进行总结分析。结果23例早期异位妊娠,采取药物治疗,19例治愈,治愈率83%。结论异位妊娠可以早期发现和早期保守治疗,对保留生育功能有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To review and analyse treatment experience of 83 cases of ectopic pregnancy,and summarize treatment methods and outcomes.Methods Clinical manifestation,treatment methods and outcomes of 83 cases of ectopic pregnancy of women hospitalized in Xi'an Gaoxin Hospital from 2002 to 2004 were summarized and analyzed.Results 23 cases of ectopic pregnancy in early stage were treated with pharmacotherapy,19 cases cured.The curative rate was 83%.Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy can be identified early and can be treated conservatively with pharmacotherapy early.This is of very important significance for remaining the reproductive founction of women. |
