| 摘 要： | 为了解高度近视眼底病变与年龄的把握高度近视的治疗时机，通过眼底镜、 镜及眼底荧光血管造影观察３０岁以下高度近视２５０例４８６眼的眼底病变情况，结果表明，高度近视较严重的眼度损害在１０岁以后开始发生，于２０岁以后增多，提示高度近 治疗应在少年儿童时期及早施行。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the correlation between the high myopic ocular fundus disease and the age of the patients and not to miss the opportune time for its treatment,250 cases under age of 30 (486 eyes)of high myopia with ocular fundus disease were studied by ophthalmoscope ,three-mirror contact lens and fluorescein angiography. The result revealed that severe ocular fundus damage in high myopia took place after age of 10 and the severity increased after 20.It is suggested that the treatment of high myopia should be begun as early as possible during the childhood. |
