| 摘 要： | 目的:总结分析妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)并发症对孕产妇的影响及对其进行预防处理的临床经验。方法:采用回顾总结的方法,对近几年收治的2380例的住院产妇进行统计分析。结果:符合妊娠高血压综合征诊断的86例(发生率为3·6%),在妊高征中,发生并发症的49例(56·9%)。孕产妇死亡0例,围产儿死亡1例。结论:及时发现与诊断妊高征,防治并发症的发生及发展是降低孕产妇死亡的最有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the complications of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and its affection on pregnant woman and to sum up clinical experience of prevention and treatment of PIH.Methods:Between April 1996 and October 2004, 2 380 pregnant women of the hospitalization were measured by immunoradioassay method.Results:Of 2 380 cases, 86 patients were diagnosed as PIH (incidence 3.6%).thereinto 49 cases had complication (incidence 56.9%).No death was found in the pregnant woman, except for 1 case of newborn death.Conclusion:Regular antenatal examination and diagnosis play an important role in the prevention and treatment of PIH and its complication. |
