The necessity and feasibility of improving biochemical examination management

Objective TO find out how to utilize advanced management methods so as to enable biochemical examinations in China to keep abreast of relevant international tendencies of development in speed, quality and convenience to clinical work and to make things easy for patients. Methods A comprehensive analysis was made of internationally advanced experience and equipment in biochemical laboratory management and the development of the discipline in China was reviewed. Results Management of laboratory medicine in China is a field where development is urgently needed. Conclusion Advanced management experience of developed countries should be drawn on so as to organically integrate all the existing facilities in China and bring their efficiency into full play.
