摘    要:目的:观察SEMINAR教学法在中医外科学教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2004级中医本科2班108名学生作为研究对象,开课之前随机分为A、B两组各54名,A组采用SEMINAR法教学,B组采用传统讲授法教学。学期结束后向学生发放问卷进行调查,并对2组期末考试成绩进行比较。结果:考试成绩A组优于B组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。问卷调查:在条理清晰、重点突出2项,2组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在便于理解、记忆牢固、注意力集中、课堂气氛4项,A组优于B组;课堂笔记、进度适中2项,B组优于A组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:两种教学方法各有优缺点,综合考虑,SEMINAR教学方法优于传统讲授法。
