心理健康状况对慢性酒中毒患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨慢性酒中毒患者心理健康状况与生活质量的关系。方法：运用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）对55名慢性酒中毒患者（患者组）和43名无酗酒史的当地市民（对照组）进行问卷调查,对相关因素进行分析。结果：患者组SCL-90各因子分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。患者组GQOLI-74各维度和客观状态总分除物质生活外均显著低于对照组（P〈0.001）。患者组心理健康状况与生活质量存在相关性。结论：慢性酒中毒患者的心理健康状况有不同程度损害,生活质量下降。慢性酒中毒患者的治疗,不仅要控制患者的精神病性症状和改善负性情绪,更要重视躯体化症状和纠正强迫性觅酒行为。

Effects of mental health status on the quality of life in patients with chronic alcoholism

Objective： To investigate the relationship between mental health status and quality of life in patients with chronic alcoholism. Method： 55 cases of chronic alcoholism（patients group） and 43 cases of local citizens without a history of alcohol abuse（control group） were measured with the symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） and the generic quality of life inventory-74（GQOLI-74） ,the relevant factors were analyzed. Results： The scores of each factor in SCL-90 in patients group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0. 05 or P 0. 01） . The total score of objective state and the scores of all dimensions except material life in GQOLI-74 in patients group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0. 001） . There was a closer relationship between mental health status and quality of life in patients with chronic alcoholism. Conclusion： There were varying degrees of damage of psychological health and decline in the quality of life in patients with chronic alcoholism. To treat the patients with chronic alcoholism is not only to control the patient＇s mental symptoms and improve the negative emotion,but also to emphasize the somatization symptoms and correct the behavior of compulsive seek alcohol.
