超声引导下颈部肿块及淋巴结自动穿刺活检的临床应用

目的 探讨高频超声引导下颈部肿块及淋巴结自动穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法 使用美国BARD第3代可调式自动活检枪对42例患者进行高频超声引导下穿刺活检，标本送组织病理学检查。结果 42例患者中40例取材成功，成功率95．2％，并作出明确诊断，其中淋巴结病变23例，甲状腺病变8例，腮腺病变4例，炎症等其他病变5例。结论 高频超声引导穿刺活检术安全、准确，对颈部包块及淋巴结可明确诊断，为临床正确选择治疗方案及手术方式提供了可靠的依据，在临床应用中非常有价值。

Clinical application of high frequency ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy in neck lump and lymph node

To explore the clinical application of value high frequency ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy in neck lumps and lymph nodes. Methods The third generation Bard Magnum TM biopsy was performed on 42 patients with neck lumps and enlarged lymph nodes under high frequency ultrasound guidance. The obtained samples were sent for pathological examinations. Results The samples were successfully obtained in 40 patients, and the successful rate was 95.2%. Histological diagnosis was made in all the 40 samples. There were 23 cases of lymph nodes lesions, 8 cases of thyroid diseases, 4 cases of parotid diseases, and 5 cases of inflammation and other diseases. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy is a safe and accurate method in diagnosis of neck lump and lymph node, it can provide information for clinical treatment plan and operation method. It has important value in clinical application.
