| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨精神障碍诊断量表（ＤＳＭＤ）七轴诊断系统对精神分裂症的适用性。方法：选取全国２３家协作单位应用ＤＳＭＤ测试并按ＣＣＭＤ－２诊断的１７种病列患者的资料，由三位经ＤＳＤ及ＣＣＭＤ－２Ｒ、ＩＣＤ－１０等诊断标准训练的精神科医师进行再诊断。对其中ＣＣＭＤ－２Ｆ诊断的３８２例精神分裂症患者的七轴进行分析。结果：ＤＳＭＤ的七轴诊断系统对全面分析精神分裂症患者的总体临床状况是可行的。它既使轴１主要与次 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the applicability of the seven-axial diagnostic system for schizophrenic patients. Methods: Based on the DSMD Diagnostic Scale for Mental Disorders (DSMD), 726 patients with 17 established diagnoses of mental disorders were re-assessed independently by three psychiatrists, using a double-blind method. 382 of these patients met the criteria of CCMD-2R for schizophrenia were analyzed. Results: In addition to Axis-1 diagnoses of mental disorders, the seven-axis system provided clear and useful information on personality functioning (Axis-2), physical disorders (Axis-3), types and degrees of biopsychosocial stressors (Axis-4), current and pre-morbid social functioning (Axis-5), current global condition (Axis-6), and relationship with other relevant conditions (Axis-7). Conclusion: The results supported the use of the seven-axis diagnostic system of DSMD for schizophrenic patients. |
