丹参酮治疗青春期痤疮85例疗效观察

目的：探讨丹参酮对青春期痤疮的治疗效果和作用，方法：85例患者均为在校大学生和青年教师随机分为治疗组（55例）和对照组（30例），前者服用丹参酮前囊1g(4粒），每天3次，连服2周后改0．5g(2粒），每天3次，对照组服用连翘败毒丸6g，每天2次，连服2周后改为3g，每天2次，结果：治疗组总有效率为96．4％（治愈率为25．5％，显效率为58．2％，有效率为12．7％），对照组为76．7％（治愈率为13．3％，显效率为23．3％，有效率为40．0％），两组总效率之间存在显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：丹参酮胶囊对青春期痤疮有明显治疗效果，且无毒副作用。

THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF TANSHINONE FOR TREATMENT OF PUBERTAL ACNE

Obsjective:To study the clinical efficacy of tanshinone for pubertal acne.Methods:85 patients with pubertal acne were divided into treatment group (55 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.The former received tanshinone 1 0 per day,after two weeks of treatment,the dosage was decreased to 0 5 perday.The latter was given lianqao Baidu pills 6 0 twice daily,after two week of treatment,the dosage was decreased to 3 0 twice daily.Results:The total effective rate was 96 4% in the treatment group (Cure rate was 25 5%,remarkable effective rate was 58 2%,and effective rare was 12 7%)in contrast to 76 7% in the control group (Cure rate was 13 3%,remarkable rate was 23 3%,and effective rate was 40%).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0 05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of tanshinone for treatment of pubertal acne was significant and there were no obvious side effects
