| 摘 要： | 目的：建立千柏鼻炎片中大黄酚含量的HPLC测定方法。方法：色谱柱为SunFire C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）柱，流动相为甲醇-水（90：10），流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为256nm。结果：大黄酚在0．03—0．21μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．4％，RSD为0．5％（n=5）。结论：方法准确可靠，简单易行，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chrysophanol in Qianbai Biyan Tablets. Method ： The SunFire C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） was used , the methanol-water （90：10） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml· min^- 1, the detection wavelength was 256nm. Result： The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.03 - 0.21 μg（ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 97.4%, RSD 0. 5% （n = 5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and reliable,It can be used for the quality control of qianbai Biyan tablets. |
