以家庭为中心的护理模式在早产儿出院后的延续性应用研究

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式在早产儿出院后的实施效果。方法:入住新生儿重症监护病房160例早产儿作为研究对象,对照组78例给予常规护理,观察组82例采用以家庭为中心的护理模式。比较2组早产儿出院后家长的照护能力,出院后矫正胎龄满6个月时的体格、神经行为发育和患病情况。结果:观察组早产儿出院后家长的照护能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05),体格发育和神经行为发育明显优于对照组(P<0.05),出院后6个月内患病及再入院情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的护理模式,有助于提高早产儿家长的照护能力,促进早产儿体格和神经行为等发育,降低早产儿出院后患病和再次住院情况。

Application of"Family-Centered Care"on Preterm Infants after Discharge

[Objective]To investigate the effect of“family-centered care”on preterm infants discharged from hospital.[Method]160 cases of premature infants in NICU of Quzhou maternal and child health hospital were taken as the study object.78 cases in control group were given routine nursing,82 cases in observation group were given family centered nursing mode.the ability of care of parents of two groups of preterm infants after discharge,the physical,neurobehavioral development and morbidity of preterm infants after 6 months of corrected gestational age were compared between the two groups.[Result]Comparing with the control group,care skill of parents in the intervention group was better(P<0.05).Catch-up growth of preterm infants and development quotient were both higherin observation group(P<0.05),while,Mortality rate and readmission within 6 months after discharge was less(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Family-centered care can improve clinical outcomes of preterm infants and the care skill of parents.
