肛裂患者复发因素分析

目的 探讨肛裂复发相关因素.方法 回顾分析131例肛裂患者临床资料,采用单因素和多因素分析方法,分析肛裂患者年龄、性别、嗜烟酒、患病时间、便秘、分期以及治疗方法 与肛裂复发的关系.结果 131例肛裂患者总体复发率为25.9%(34/131).单因素和多因素分析结果 显示,嗜烟酒、患病时间、便秘、分期以及治疗方法 与肛裂复发密切相关,均P＜0.05.结论 禁忌烟酒,治疗便秘,早期及综合治疗有利于提高肛裂治愈率.

Analysis of Factors Related to Recurrence in Analfissure Patients

Objective To explore the factors related to recurrence for analfissure treating method in older patients.Methods A total of 131 cases of anal fissure were retrospectively reviewed,and the relation age,gender,consumpting of tobacco and alcohol,time with disease,constipation,stage and treatment methods with recurrence of analfissure using uni-and multivariate analysis.Results All of 131 cases,recurrence rate was 25.9%.uni-and multivariate analysis indicated that consumpting of tobacco and alcohol,time with disease,constipation,stage and treatment methods is strongly with recurrence of analfissure.P<0.05 respectively.Conclusions To fast tobacco and alcohol,cure constipation,treat anal fissure early and multiple may enhance the recovery rate.
