中西医结合治疗小细胞未分化肺癌67例

目的 探讨口服足叶乙甙(威克)联合支气管动脉灌注化疗、放疗及中医治疗小细胞未分化肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应.方法 对67例小细胞未分化肺癌患者进行口服足叶乙甙3个疗程,支气管动脉灌注化疗3～6次,放疗2～3个疗程治疗,加中医辨证施治、康复扶正治疗.每个病例进行6～12个月的随访,评价其疗效及不良反应.结果 67例患者中完全缓解21例,稳定36例,12个月内死亡10例,12个月内生存率85%.主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、胸前区疼痛、肝肾功能轻度异常.结论 口服足叶乙甙联合支气管动脉灌注化疗、放疗加中医中药治疗小细胞未分化肺癌是一种不良反应小、疗效佳的治疗方法.

Clinical Observation on 67 Cases with Undifferentiated Small Cell Bronchogenic Carcinomas Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse effects using oral etoposide(Wick)plus Bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy(BAIC),radiation therapy and tcm treatment to treat patients with small cell undifferentiated lung cancer.Methods 67 cases of small cell undifferentiated lung cancer patients were treated with three courses of oral etoposide,3～6 times of bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy,2～3 courses of radiotherapy,plus combination tcm,rehabilitation treatment.Each case was followed up for 6～12 months to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects.Results In the 67 cases of patients,21 cases were complete remissionin,36 cases with stable,10 cases died within 12 months,survival rate within 12months was 85%.The major adverse effects were myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reactions,ache of the area before bosom,as well as liver and renal functions mildly abnormal.Conclusions Using oral etoposide plus Bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy,radiation therapy and tcm treatment to treat patients with small cell undifferentiated lung cancer is an effective treatment of small adverse effects and good curative effects.
