| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对剖宫产产后出血的观察,分析造成产后出血的原因及治疗措施.方法 对2002 年1 月至2011 年12 月期间我院诊治的剖宫产术后发生产后出血的39 例病例进行分析.结果 剖宫产发生产后出血的原因是:胎盘因素20 例(51%),子宫收缩乏力16 例(41%),切口及血管撕伤3 例(7.7%).结论 剖宫产发生产后出血的机率高,治疗更加棘手,应严格控制剖宫产率,以降低剖宫产产后出血发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective Based on the observation of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section to find the reason of it.And find the treatment measures.Methods Retrospective analysis 39 cases which happened in our hospital from Jan,2002 to Dec,2011 about postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean.Results Reasons of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section are these:placental factors 20 cases(51%),uterine atony 16 cases(41%),incision and vascular avulsion 3 cases(7.7%).Conclusion The rate of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section is high.It is very difficult to treat.So we should control the ratio of it to reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. |
