| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Gamma-3髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效.方法 对48例股骨转子间骨折患者采用闭合复位、Gamma-3髓内钉固定,术后早期功能锻炼,观察骨折愈合、髋关节功能恢复及并发症的发生情况.结果 所有患者均获随访,Harris髋关节功能评分优良率为91%,未发生拉力螺钉切割出股骨头、患肢短缩、髋内翻等并发症.结论 Gamma-3髓内钉可有效维持骨折稳定,术后早期锻炼,创伤小,并发症少.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of Gamma-3 nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 48 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients treated with closed reduction of Gamma-3 intramedullary nail fixation,early postoperative functional exercise, observed fracture healing,hip function recovery and complications.Results All patients were followed up,the Harris hip function score excellent and good rate was 91%,No severe complications occurred,such as screw cut-out of the femoral head,limb shortening,or hip varus. conclusion Gamma-3 intramedullary nail can be effective to maintain fracture stability,with advantage of early postoperative exercise,less trauma and fewer complications. |
