苁蓉菟丝子丸治疗更年期综合征伴焦虑抑郁38例

目的 探讨苁蓉菟丝子丸加味治疗更年期征合征伴焦虑抑郁的疗效.方法 选取2009年1月至2011年9月的76例更年期综合征伴焦虑抑郁患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(小剂量激素组)38例和观察组(苁蓉菟丝子丸加味治疗组)38例,将2组患者治疗前及治疗后1个月、2个月的SAS评分、SDS评分及Kupperman评分进行评估过及比较.结果 治疗后1个月及2个月观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分＜50分比例和Kupperman评分＜15分比例均高于对照组,P均＜0.05,均有显著性差异.结论 苁蓉菟丝子丸加味治疗更年期征合征患者的疗效显著,对于改善患者的焦虑及抑郁症状发挥着积极的作用.

Clinical Observation of 38 Cases with Anxiety and Depression Treated by Congrongtusizi Pill

Objective To investigate the effect for BREE Dodder Pill in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with focal virtual depression.Methods 76 cases of menopausal syndrome with focal virtual patients with depression from January 2009 to September 2011 were randomly divided into the control group(low-dose hormone group) of 38 cases and the observation group(BREE Dodder pill Modified treatment group) of 38 cases.The SAS score,SDS score and Kupperman score one month and two months before treatment and after treatment were taken for assessment and comparison.Results The rates of SAS score and SDS score <50 points ratio and Kupperman score <15 points one month and two months of observation group were higher than that the control group,P<0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion The effect of BREE Dodder Pill in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with focal virtual depression is better,and it plays an active role in improving the patient’s anxiety and depression symptoms.
