小针刀和局部封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎60例

目的 探讨小针刀和局部封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果.方法 选取桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者120例,随机分为2组各60例,2组患者差异无统计学意义.对照组患者给予局部封闭治疗;观察组患者给予小针刀治疗.对2组患者治疗效果进行比较.结果 观察组患者显效率及有效率分别为51.67%和83.33%,明显高于对照组38.33%和71.67%的比例,2组比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 与局部封闭治疗相比,小针刀治疗具有更为确切的效果,且其损伤小,费用也低,是一种方便、有效而安全的治疗方式.

Clinical Observation of Radial Styloid Process Stenosing Tenosynovitis Treated by Small Needle Scalpel and Partial Closure

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of small needle scalpel and partial closure in the treatment of radial styloid process stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods 120 patients of radial styloid process stenosing tenosynovitis were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases.There were no significant differences in the two groups.The control group was given with partial closure of treatment,and the observation group was treated with small needle scalpel treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The significant efficiency and efficiency of the observation group were 51.67% and 83.33%,significantly higher than the proportion of 38.33%and 71.67% of the control group,the difference was obvious,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the partial closure of treatment,small needle scalpel is with a more precise result,its damage and cost is low,and also is a convenient and effective treatment.
