辛伐他汀对血脂正常的高血压患者IMT和血管功能的影响

目的 探讨辛伐他汀对血脂正常的高血压患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)和血管功能的影响.方法 70例血脂正常的轻中度高血压患者随机分为基础降压治疗组(对照组)和辛伐他汀+ 基础降压组(治疗组),2组患者均给予降压的基础治疗,而治疗组患者在降压治疗的基础上同时给予辛伐他汀,观察周期为16周,治疗前后以超声测各组患者颈动脉的IMT和血管功能,在治疗过程中观察血压、肌酶、肝功等.结果 治疗前2组患者的总体血压水平和颈动脉IMT无显著性差异,P＞0.05;在治疗16周后,治疗组患者的IMT显著降低,血管内皮功能得到显著的改善,与治疗前比较,均P＜0.05;而对照组患者治疗前后无显著性差异,P＞0.05.结论 对于高血压患者,即使血脂无异常,配合辛伐他汀治疗可有效地改善血管功能,降低颈动脉的内膜中膜厚度.

The Effects of Simvastatin on Carotid Artery Intima-media Thickness in Hypertension Patients with Normal Lipids Levels

Objective To explore the effects of simvastatin on carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) in hypertension patients with normal lipids levels.Methods 70 mild to moderate hypertension patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the simvastatin group(treatment group),both of the two groups patients were given the basic anti-hypertension treatment.Besides,the treatment group patients were given the simvastatin additionally,the treatment and observation time is 16 weeks,before and after treatment,the blood pressure level,the vascular function and carotid artery IMT were observed.During the intervention the renal function,Liver function and the muscle enzymes were also observed.Results Before treatment,the basic data,blood pressure level,carotid artery IMT and the vascular function has no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.After 16 weeks treatment,the carotid IMT in the treatment group were decreased,and the endothelium dependent relaxation was also improved,compared with before treatment,P<0.05.In control group,after 16 weeks,the carotid IMT and vascular function has no significant difference compared with before treatment,P>0.05.Conclusion As for hypertension patients,simvastatin treatment can improve the vascular function and decrease the carotid IMT even though the lipids levels are normal.
