| 摘 要： | 为了适应医学教育全球化的趋势，使我国医学院校培养的学生能够达到GMER（global minimal essential requirement）的要求，对我校2003级（88期）五年制本科医学生进行了生物化学的基于问题的学习（problem—based learning，PBL）教学尝试。从几个方面分析了PBL的教学效果，包括考试成绩和学习能力（自主学习、提出问题、查阅文献、资料管理、解决问题、语言表达等方面），为探索适合于我国医学院校的新型PBL教学模式提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Concerning the characteristic of 8-year medical education program,the pattern of clinical practice adopted nowadays in the 5-year medical education program is not quite suitable.So a new pattern of clinical practice,whole course management is undertaken in the Department of Trauma and Orthopedics of People's Hospital with a good effect This article introduces the detailed methods of whole course management,the result,remaining problems and solutions. |
