| 摘 要： | 社会统筹和个人医疗帐户相结合的医疗保险模式已被确定为我国医疗制度改革的方向，而实行这种模式的难点在于个人医疗帐户。本从建立个人医疗帐户的原因和背景入手，分析了我国个人医疗帐户的现状及其存在的问题，并对个人医疗帐户的发展趋势作一分析。

| Abstract: | It has been confirmed as the direction of our medical system reformation that we combine social pooling with personal medical account as the mode of Medical Insurance，and the difficulty of carrying out this mode consists in personal medical account. On the base of the cause and background of establishing personal medical account，this article analyses the status in quo and problems existing in personal medical account，and makes a summary of its further development. |
