| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨机械通气在儿童急性呼吸衰竭抢救治疗中的作用。方法 对35例急性呼吸衰竭患儿应用拉斐尔呼吸机进行机械通气的临床分析总结。结果 35例患儿中治愈31例，死亡4例，治愈率88．6％。结论 早期应用呼吸机提高了对创伤、中毒、溺水等因素引起的急性中枢性呼吸衰竭救冶成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective： Discuss the effective of in rapid treat of child breath crock up by mechanical aerate. Mathods ： Clinicl analysis of use Raphaelesque breath machine in rapid treat of child breath crock up by mechanical aerate. Results： Recover 35, Death 4, Ratio of recover 88. 6%. Conclusion： Use breath machine in early pariod, it can increase the ratio of success in rapid treat of child breath crock up, it caused by wound, poisoning, drowning, etc. |
