小儿气管、支气管异物1524例

目的 探讨小儿气管、支气管异物围手术期治疗的经验教训。方法 回顾1524例患儿气管、支气管异物患儿病例资料，分析围手术期出现严重并发症的原因，总结经验。结果 1524例中死亡4例，异物取出经气管切开囗处5例，自行咳出32例，其余均行支气管镜检顺利取出。结论 实施术前评估，建立应急机制，采用适时有效的围手术期抢救和治疗措施，是降低病死率和并发症的重要保证。

Clinical analysis of 1 524 cases with tracheo-bronchial foreign body

Objective To explore the experiences and lessons from peri-operative treatment of a tracheo-bronchial foreign body(TBFB)in children. Methods Clinical data of 1524 children cases with tracheo-bronchial foreign bodies, from Jan.1979 to Dec.2009 in Wengdeng Central Hospital of Weihai, were reviewed. Causes of serious peri-operative complications were analyzed and clinical experiences and lessons were summarized. Results In 1524 cases, there were 4 death. The foreign bodies were removed from incisional openings in 5 cases and coughed out in 32 cases . The rest were successfully taken out under a tracheoscope. Conclusion Preoperative evaluation, emergency response protocol, timely and effective peri-operative treatment are the most important measures to reduce mortality and complications.
