猪尾导管介入治疗局限性脓胸

目的:探讨利用猪尾导管介入治疗局限性脓胸的优势及疗效,与传统治疗脓胸的方法比较。方法:总结14例局限性脓胸患者局麻下将猪尾导管置入脓腔中,以敏感抗菌素冲洗,同时随着脓液量的减少逐渐退出导管,观察疗效。结果:12例痊愈出院,2例症状明显好转。平均住院22·3d,未出现其他临床并发症。结论:利用猪尾导管治疗局限性脓胸是一种有效、安全的新方法。

The Experience of intervenient treatment of empyema by using pig-tail catheter

Objective:Discuss the advantages and opportunity of interventional treatment of empyema by using catheter,and comparing with the traditional treatment.Method:14 patients by putting the pig-tail catheter into the limited empyema with local anesthesia and to wash the cavity with antibiotics solution ,and pull out the cather from the empysema step by step with the reduction of the purulent fluid. Result:12 of 14 patients recovered entirely ,2 patients got well obviously, the average date in the hospital is 22.3 days without other clinical complications.Conclusion:It is very effective and safe methods for treating the limited empyema by using pig-tail catheter.
