咽异感症与躯体化障碍关系

目的 ]探讨咽异感症与躯体化障碍之间的关系 .方法 ]用不同的躯体化障碍诊断标准对 5 2例咽异感症患者进行调查 ,对照 5 2例咽异感症患者与 35例正常人 ,进行汉密尔顿忧郁分级量表测评 .结果 ]咽异感症患者中约 45 %患者患有躯体化障碍 ,在充分考虑东方文化圈因素时 71%患有躯体化障碍 ,迁延不愈的咽异感症患者中 92 %患有躯体化障碍 .结论 ]不少咽异感症患者患有躯体化障碍或未分化躯体形式障碍 .

Research on relations between pharyngeal paraesthesia and somatization disturbance

OBJECTIVE To study the relations between pharyngeal paraesthesia and somatization disturbance. METHODS Using different somatization disturbance diagnosis standards,52 cases of pharyngeal paraesthesia were investigated and compared with 35 cases of normal people, and an HAMD survey and evaluation was performed. RESULTS 45% of the pharyngeal paraesthesia patients suffered from somatization disturbance and under full consideration of the oriental cultural circle elements,71% of them suffered from somatization disturbance,and among 92% of patients with persisting and disunion type pharyngeal paraesthesia patients suffered from somatization disturbance. CONCLUSION Any pharyngeal paraesthesia patients suffer from somatization disturbance and undifferentiated type somatization disturbance.
