小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术的麻醉体会

[目的 ]总结 42例小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术的麻醉体会 ,并探索合理的麻醉方法 .[方法 ]静脉注射氯胺酮或硫喷妥钠及芬太尼、潘库溴胺后行气管插管 ,衔接麻醉机作机械通气 ,吸入安氟醚0 .5 %～ 1.0 % ,监测挠动脉平均动脉压、心电图、中心静脉压、体温、血气、尿量 .[结果 ]本组 42例的麻醉效果均良好 ,未发生并发症或死亡 .[结论 ]静吸复合全身麻醉是小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术的合理麻醉方法 .

Experience of anesthesia for pediatric congenital heart disease open heart surgery

OBJECTIVE To sum up the experience of anesthesia for 42 cases pediatric congenital heart disease open heart surgery and probe into a reasonable method of anesthesia. METHODS After intravenous injection with ketamine or thiopentothal, fentanyl and pancuronium, and endotracheal intubation was performed and then connected with anesthesia machine used for ventilator. Monitor program was the MAP of radial artery, CVP, ECG, temperature, blood gas and urine. RESULTS The effects of anesthesia in all of 42 cases were good, and there had no any other complications and death in the operation.CONCLUSION General anesthesia with intravenous injection and inhalation is a reasonable method of anesthesia for the pediatric congenital heart disease in open heart surgery.
