| 摘 要： | [背景 ]观察呋塞米雾化吸入对慢性呼吸衰竭的治疗作用 .[病例报告 ]将 36例慢性呼吸衰竭病人随机分组 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,对照组雾化吸入 5 0 g/L碳酸氢钠 2 0mL ,治疗组雾化吸入 5 0 g/L碳酸氢钠 18mL加呋塞米 2 0mg ,观察第 7d动脉血氧分压和动脉血二氧化碳分压 .结果 ,呋塞米雾化吸入治疗组的氧分压上升优于对照组 ,二氧化碳分压下降优于对照组 .[讨论 ]呋塞米雾化吸入对慢性呼吸衰竭的治疗作用优于碳酸氢钠雾化吸入 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To investigate the therapeutic effects of inhaling furosemide in patients with chronic respiratory failure. CASE REPORT 36 cases of chronic respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group was inhaled with 50?g/L sodium bicarbonate 20?mL and the treating group was inhaled with 50?g/L sodium bicarbonate mixed with furosemide 20?mg. After 7?d, the PaO 2 and PaCO 2 were observed. The PaO 2 in treating group was higher than that in control group and the PaCO 2 in treating group was lower than that in control group. DISCUSSION The effects of inhaling furosemede is better than that of inhaling sodium bicarbonate in patients with chronic respiratory failure. |
