摘    要:[目的 ]探讨牛磺酸对由柯萨奇B3 病毒感染的大鼠心肌细胞的抗病毒和保护作用 ,为该药的临床应用提供理论依据 .[方法 ]取新生SD大鼠的乳鼠心室肌制备搏动心肌细胞 ,培养 48h后接种10 3TCID5 0的柯萨奇B3 病毒做为实验性病毒性心肌炎模型 .[结果 ]牛磺酸明显减轻感染柯萨奇B3 病毒心肌细胞的病变 ,使细胞搏动增强 ;提高心肌细胞的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性 ,降低乳酸脱氢酶活性 ;抑制心肌细胞感染柯萨奇B3 病毒后导致的乳酸脱氢酶和谷草转氨酶释放 .牛磺酸提高正常心肌细胞和感染柯萨奇B3 病毒的心肌细胞存活率 ,其作用具有剂量依赖性 .[结论 ]牛磺酸对感染柯萨奇B3 病毒的大鼠搏动心肌细胞具有一定的抗病毒和保护心肌细胞的作用

Effects of taurine on cultured rat myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B_3
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the anti virus and protecting effects of the taurine on cultured rat myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3 in order to provide the theoretical basis of the clinical usage. METHODS The ventricular myocardium of newborn SD rat was taken out, the beating myocardial cells were prepared and 10 3TCID50 of Coxsackie virus B 3 was inoculated to the 48h cultured cells as a model of experimental viral myocarditis. RESULTS The taurin alleviated obviously pathological changes and heightened beating of myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3, increased the activity of succinate dehydrogenase and decreased the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in myocardial cells as well as reduced the release of lactate dehydrogenase and glutamate oxalacetate transaminase in the myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3. The taurin could raise survival rate of normal myocardial cells and myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie B 3 virus, and its effects had dosage dependence. CONCLUSION The taurin has the anti virus and protecting effects for SD rat beating myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie B 3 virus. [WT5HZ]
