| 摘 要： | [研究背景 ]明确用于扁桃体摘除术的麻醉方法 ,对比单纯静脉麻醉方法与气管插管加静吸复合麻醉方法 .[病例报告 ]30例患儿应用单纯静脉麻醉方法 ,2 6例患儿应用气管插管加静吸复合麻醉方法 .结果 ,后者术中平均动脉压、心率变化小 ,而前者术毕并发症明显多于后者 .[讨论 ]气管插管加静吸复合麻醉明显优于单纯静脉麻醉 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND Simple intravenous anesthesia and tracheal intubation plus combined intravenous inhalational anesthesia were adapted and compared on of tonsillectomy. CASE REPORT 30 patients were performed with simple intravenous anesthesia, and 26 patients with tracheal intubation plus combined intravenous inhalational anesthesia. As a result, the mean blood pressure and heart rate changed larger during operation, and the complications occurred more often after operation in the patients treated with simple intravenous anesthesia compared with the other group. DISCUSSION Tracheal intubation plus combined intravenous inhalational anesthesia is better than simple intravenous anesthesia. |
