| 摘 要： | 目的]了解大连市城乡居民慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)患病情况,为制定慢性病防治对策提供依据。方法]2006年5~8月,在大连市11个区(市、县)整群随机抽取20岁以上常住居民进行调查。结果]调查6 304人,高血压患病率为26.74%,糖耐量受损罹患率为10.34%,糖尿病患病率为8.17%,冠心病患病率为6.23%,脑卒中患病率为1.36%。糖尿病、冠心病患病率男性分别为7.15%、4.99%,女性分别为9.14%、7.41%(P0.01);脑卒中患病率男性为1.73%,女性为1.02%(P0.05)。糖尿病患病率、糖耐量受损罹患率,城区居民分别为9.15%、8.80%,农村居民分别为7.61%、11.22%(P0.05或P0.01)。不同年龄、不同文化程度居民5种慢性病患病率的差异均有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论]大连市城乡居民慢性病患病率及其危险因素均处于较高水平。
