诺易平治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的:观察诺易平(低分子肝素)治疗急性期不同时间窗内脑梗死的疗效及其对出、凝血时间、血液流变学的影响。方法:将80例急性脑梗死的住院病人随机分为诺易平治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规疗法,而治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用诺易平0.25ml,2次/d,皮下注射。连用10d。并对两组的临床疗效、出凝血时间及血液流变学分别进行观察分析。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且时间越早,治疗效果越好。诺易平不影响病人的出、凝血时间,且能降低血液流变学的相关指标。结论:诺易平治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

The clinical study of clivarine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effect of Clivarine(low-molecular-weight heparin)on the treatment of acute cerebral in-farction during different time and its influence on bleeding time,clotting time and hemorrheology.Method All eighty patients with acute cerebral infartion are divided into two groups randomly:treated group and controlled group.The controlled group is treated with usual method,clivarine is used for the treated group except for the usual method(0.25ml bid).After ten days,we analyze the clinical effect,bleeding time (BT),Clotting time (CT)and hemorrheology.Results the effect of treated group is superior to the con-trolled group.The sooner the time is,the better the effect is.Not only can clivarine not influence the patients’bleeding time ard clot-ting time,but also can decrease the sides of concerning hemorrheology.Conclusion Clivarine in the treament of acute Cerebral infarc-tion is effective and safe.
