| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超引导下脐静脉穿刺术的并发症及其临床处理。方法:在B超引导下对1200例临床怀疑异常的孕妇进行脐静脉穿刺术。结果:严重并发症发生率0·42%,一过性并发症发生率46·67%,经过处理均可缓解。结论:熟练掌握B超引导下脐静脉穿刺术技术和穿刺原则,可减少并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To inquire the complications of ultrasound-guided percutaneous umbilical sampling and the clinical treatments.Methods:1 200 cordocenteses were performed under ultrasound guidance in the clinical suspected abnormal pregnant women.Results:The rate of severe complications was 46.67%.Conclusion:To master skillfully the techniques and rules of ultrasound-guided percutaneous umbilical sampling can reduce the rate of complications. |
