| 摘 要： | 机体因风、寒、湿三气杂至而成痹证。可分为风湿表实,风湿表虚,风湿阳虚,寒热错杂等证型,分别治以发汗,利小便,温阳化湿,寒热并用之法。用药应注意辛而不燥,补而不滞,走中寓守,散中有敛。

| Abstract: | Arthralgia is due to wind,The cold and dampness.It can be divided into the types of coexistence of wind-dampnessand exterior syndromeof excess,coexistence of wind-dampnessand exterior deficiency,coexistence of wind-dampnessand Yang deficiency and simultaneousoccurrence of cold and heat syndromes,Whichcan be cured respectively by the methodsof sweating,diuresis,WarmingYangto reduce dampnessand using medicine of warmand cold medicine at the sametime.The herbs should be pungent,But not dry;nour-ishing,But not stagnant;dispersing as well as astringing. |
