精神分裂症社区康复与长期住院治疗模式对照分析

目的：比较分析精神分裂患者采用社区康复和长期住院两种治疗模式的疗效情况。方法：对82例精神分裂症患者进行为期1年的前瞻性对照研究，其中社区康复组41例，住院治疗组41例，对两组进行精神病评定量表（BPRS）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）以及社会活动（SF）、体能（PF）、一般健康（GH）、身体影响（RP）、心理健康（MH）等情况比较分析。结果：社区康复组患者的体能（PF）、精神影响（RE）、体能影响（RP）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）等优于住院治疗组（P〈0．05），住院治疗组患者在心理健康（MH）、精力（VT）、一般健康（GH）优于社区康复组（P〈O．05），两组精神病评定量表（BPRS）无显著差异（P〉O．05）。结论：精神分裂症社区康复在躯体健康方面比较具有优势，根据患者实际情况采用社区康复对于控制精神分裂症患者的病情具有较好效果，能够有效提高患者生活质量。具备相应条件的地区可酌情进行推广。

Comparative Analysis of Model between Community Based Rehabilitation and Long-term Hospitalization in Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective： Comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two treatment methods in community based rehabilitation and long-term hospitalization in patients with schizophrenia. Method：A 1-year pro spective controlled study： 82 cases of schizophrenia, including 41 cases of community-based rehabilitation group, inpatient treatment group 41 cases. Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） , Social Disability Screening Schedule （ SDSS ） , as well as social activities （ SF ） , physical fitness （PF） , general health （ GH ）, physical {RP}, mental health （MH） were comparative analysed between two groups. Result： Patients physical fitness （ PF ）, the spirit of the impact （ RE ） , physical impact （ RP ）, Social Disability Screening Schedule （ SDSS } in patients with community rehabilitation were better than the hospitalization treatment group （ P〈0. 05 ）, hospitalized patients in mental Health （ MH ）, energy { VT }, general health （ GH ） is superior to com- munity-based rehabilitation group （ P〈0.05 ）, There s no significant difference （ P〉 0.05 ） in the two groups psychiatric Rating scale （ BPRS ）. Conclusion： Community-based rehabilitation of schizophrenia has a comparative advantage in physical health, community-based rehabilitation for control of the condition of the line with schizophrenia has a better effect, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients in accordance with the actual situation of the patients. Areas that have the appropriate conditions may be appropriate to promote.
